从《中小学音乐课程标准》看高师音乐专业教育改革

摘　　要：我国音乐教育史上第一部《中小学音乐课程标准》的出台是基础教育课程改革的重要成果,也是普通音乐教育课程建设新的里程碑,对我国中小学音乐教育教学的改革与发展具有重要意义。高等师范院校是培养基础教育音乐教育师资力量的重要基地,因此,高师音乐专业教育改革必须和《中小学音乐课程标准》的实施紧密地结合起来进行。The standard of Music for Elementary and Secondary School is the achievement of curricular reform in the basic stage of music education in China, it is also a milestone under the music education construction, and plays an important role in the reform and development of basic stage of music education. Teacher＇s colleges are the base of cultivating music teachers; therefore, the educational reform in Teacher＇s Colleges should be combined with the implementation of the Standard of Music for Elementary and Secondary School.
