摘　　要：本文介绍了一种新型啤酒防腐剂—尼泊金庚酯的物化性质、毒性、抗菌效果、在啤酒防腐中的应用及其化学合成法。The physical and chemical properties, toxicity,antimicrobial activity, usage in beer and chemical combinating methode of a new kind antimicrobial-n-Heptylp-hydroxy benzate in beer are introduced in the article.
