摘　　要：就壳聚糖与聚丙烯酰胺联合使用对滤清汁2次处理进行了研究,认为壳聚糖能够提高清汁质量,并对壳聚糖在制糖工业的应用前景进行了评价。The second purification process of chitosan combined with polyacrylamide disposing filtered juice was conducted, and the result has shown that chitosan could improve the quality of clarified juice. The future of chitosan applied in sugarcane industry was also discussed.
