摘　　要：为了保证专业建设的健康发展,必须研究专业建设中的几个重要关系。即:用现代教育思想指导专业培养模式的构建;明确行政管理与学术管理的关系;加强学科建设,使学科建设为专业建设服务;明确教师的学科背景与专业实践背景之间的关系;明确教学工作系统和学生工作系统的关系;明确教师教育文化建设中的充分条件和必要条件之间的关系。It is necessary to probe rome important relationships in order to assure the speciality construction of development, namely the relationship between modern educational thought and speciality construction model;administrative management and academic management; subject construction and speciality construction; subject background and practice background; teaching system and student system; sufficient condition and essential condition.
