摘　　要：通过对北航强化研究生质量监控、建立研究生创新激励机制以及产学研结合实践的介绍，总结了在保证研究生培养质量方面的经验，并提出了几点新的想法和措施。This paper summarizes the experience with cultivation quality of graduates from the perspectives of quality monitoring and incentive system for innovation combined with research and practical work. On this basis, the authors put forward some further effective measures concerning the work.
