摘 要:目的探索急救护理课程结构与内容的改革方法,以使急救护理知识与技能适应临床需求。方法在征求学生意见的基础上,将心电图、实验诊断与急救护理学课程整合为《急危重症监护学》一门课程。结果有利于相关知识的衔接,有利于理论知识与急救技能的结合及应用能力的培养。结论缩短了护生向专业护士转化的过渡期,符合培养高技术型护理人才的总体培养目标。Objective To explore the structure and content innovation of "emergency nursing" curriculum in order to ensure nursing students' knowledge and skills meet clinical needs. Methods According to the feedback of nursing students, the authors decided to integrate electrocardiogram(ECG)and laboratory diagnosis into "emergency nursing" as one curriculum. Results It benefited the connection of interrelated knowledge and the connection of theory and skills on first aid as well as the culture of students' capacity. Conclusions The curriculum innovation reduces the period of students transforming to nurses and accord with the goal of nursing education.
