关于高等工程职业教育的探讨

摘　　要：对高等工程职业教育课题进行了探讨。提出了普通高等专科学校职业教育的办学规格和教育思想,应用技术型和高技能型人才的培养模式和培养途径,以及基础课、技术课程和实践课程的三级教学平台群。结论指出,专业建设是职业教育教学体系中的核心环节,实践教学基地建设和“三师型”或“2+1型”师资队伍建设是职业教育办学条件中的关键环节。By discussing about the vocational education for higher engineering schools, the specifications and thoughts of school running, education modes and methods of practically skilled and hi -tech oriented talents, and the three-level education platform integrating basical courses, technical courses as well as practice for the three-year college, are put forward. The point that major construction is the core of vocational education system, and construction of practic base and quality improvement of teaching staff is the key part, is out forward.
