摘  要:“教学有法,教无定法”,如何改进教学方法是利用有限的课堂教学时间提高内科护理学教学质量的关键。以“病例引导的讨论式”教学法为基础的“问题联系式”教学法加强了基础学科和临床学科之间、理论和临床之间、系统之间的联系,不仅节约了面授课时,也调动了学生的学习兴趣,明显提高了教学质量。"Lots of methods of teaching, but not any fixed ones. " How to vary one's teaching method is key to uses the limited classroom time to improve the quality of medicine nursing. "Problem connection method " which based on the pathological guidance discussion method strengthens the connection between basic subjects and clinical subjects, medical theory and clinic, and systems. The results are: first this method saves classroom time, second it inspires the interest of students, eventually it improves the teaching quality obviously.
