摘  要:注入式教学方法在引导学生运用所学知识解决实际问题方面存在很大缺陷,不能有效地培养学生解决问题的能力。应当改变单一的讲授法,变单向信息传递为多向信息交流,有效地在法律课程教学过程中实现“教、学、用”3个环节的转换。这样不仅保留了传统教学方法中的合理部分,还有效地培养了学生运用法律知识解决实际问题的能力。The teaching method of instilling knowledge into the students is defective in guiding the students to solve practical problems with the knowledge learnt.It fails to effectively develop the students' ability to solve problems.The paper argues that it is necessary to change the monotonous teaching method,turning the one-way information transmission into multi-way information communication and effectively switching among three links of teaching,learning and practicing in law classroom.That can not only maintain the reasonable part of traditional teaching method,but also effectively develop the students' abilities to solve problems by using their legal knowledge.
