摘  要:目的针对近年来我国传染病流行趋势、临床对传染病知识的实际需求以及传染病学教学中存在的问题,进行传染病学教学内容及方法的初步改革。方法采用流行病学资料统计和问卷调查方式了解传染病疾病谱的变迁、临床医生及学生对传染病学教学内容及教学方法的意见,更新传染病学教学内容,采用教师重点授课、辅导与讨论、自学形式三种教学方法。结果传染病疾病谱发生了很大变化,传统的传染病学教学内容及教学方法已经不能满足当今医学发展的实际需求;学生和教师对改革后的传染病学教学内容及教学方法的满意率明显提高。结论更新传统的传染病学教学内容和教学方法势在必行。Objective According to the recent epidemic trends of infectious diseases, the clinical requirement and the problems in the infectious disease teaching, we processed the primary reform about the teaching content and method in infectious disease. Methods Applying the epidemic data and paper investigation, we acquired the change of infectious spectrum, the advice of clinicians and students about the teaching content and method before inplementing the reform. We apply three kinds of teaching methods, teacher emphasis teaching, tutorship and discussion, and self-discussion. Results Great changes have taken place in the infectious disease spectrum. The traditional teaching contents were not satisfied with the current medical developing requirement.After the teaching reform, the content rates about teaching content and method are improved greatly. Conclusions Updating the traditional teaching content and method is necessary.
