摘　　要：课程建设与课程改革在成人高等教育的发展中具有非常重要的地位与作用,成人高等教育的课程建设与改革必须要遵从成人高等教育的基本规律,要处理好其中的科学性与社会性、适应性与发展性、系统性与职业性、理论性与实践性以及相关环节中各要素的关系。Course construction and course reform play an important role in the development of adult higher education, The construction and the reform must abide by the basic rules of adult higher education, The relations among some points as being scientific and social, being adaptable and improving, being systematic and professional as well as being theoretical and practical should be handled well,
