摘　　要：21世纪世界将全面进入信息社会,信息技术在教育中的应用必将对教育产生深刻的影响.本文分析了信息技术环境下教师的能力需求,论述了当前教师信息技术培训的不足,提出了信息技术环境下培养教师信息技术能力的措施.从信息技术应用情况看,只有加强学科教师的信息技术培训,才能更好地发挥信息技术在教育教学中的作用,推进教育改革.In the world of 21 centuries entering the information society completely, the information technology in the education of application will bring about deep influence on education necessarily. This text analyzed the teachers ability needed under the information technology environment, discussed the current teacher＇s shortage of the information technique training, put forward some measures on developing teacher＇s technique ability of the information under the information technology environment. In the light of the application of the information technology, we must strengthen information technique training for professional teachers, then we can further make information technology playing an important role at the educating and teaching, as well advancing the education reform.
