应用型本科院校素质教育一种新的尝试

摘　　要：面对高等教育大众化带来的学校生均教学资源的短缺及生源质量的下降,我们学院土木工程系开展了助教、助研、助管的教育教学管理的创新举措,优化了教学资源,促进了素质教育的实施。Because of the lack of teaching resources and the decline of student quality, how to assure the teaching quality of undergraduate students poses a challenge to educators. To cope with this challenge, the Department of Civil Engineering of our institute ventured to grant students ＂three assistantships＂ in teaching, research and management respectively, aiming to im prove their comprehensive qualities, to optimize teaching resources, and to facilitate quality education.
