摘　　要：武钢在长期的继续工程教育实践中,始终坚持以企业技术进步和技术创新为核心,以企业人力资源开发为出发点,以理论创新为先导,以教学质量与服务意识为生命,以现代信息技术为支持,推动武钢技术创新、促进武钢人力资源开发和满足专业技术人员职业发展需求。WISCO initiated its CEE as early as in 1980 when it introduced the 1700mm rolling mill from abroad. Ever Sinee,CEE has kept smooth running and played an increasingly important part in promoting technical innovation, tapping HR, satisfying employees demands for individual occupational development. A comprehensive account is given in this paper of CEE activities in WISCO. Emphasis is placed on theoretical creativity, updating educational concept and teachin~ mode,awareness of service.
