摘  要:对于中速柴油机来说,一个铸铁的气缸套和一个镀铬活塞环构成了最常用的配副组合。因此迫切需要寻找一种具有高耐磨性能的理想表面处理方法。我们使用销盘试验器进行的荷载增长试验,测量了各种表面处理材料的耐磨性能,发现在气缸套上的Fe-Mo喷敷涂层与活塞环上的镀铬层配组具有最大的耐磨性能。我们测量了Fe-Mo喷敷涂层的涂层特性。测量结果表明,这种涂层的实际应用是可行的。并在单缸柴油机上实地进行了磨损特性鉴定试验。试验结果表明,这种涂层比其他传统材料具有大得多的耐磨性能。For medium speed diesel engines,a castiron cylinder liner and a chromium-plated piston ring form the most commonly used combination,and there is a pressing need to find the optimal surface treatment method that will provide a high resistance to scuffing. We measured the scuffing resistance of various surface treatment materials by carried out a load increase test using a pin-on-disk tester,and we found that the combination of a Fe-Mo sprayed coating On the cylinder liner and the chromium plating on the piston ring had the greatest resistance to scuffing. We measured the coating characteristics of the Fe-Mo sprayed coating, and the results indicated that its practical application is feasible. We applied such a coating to an actual cylinder liner and carried out a scuffing characteristics evaluation test using an actual engine. The results indicated that this coating has far greater scuffing resistance than the conventional material.
