摘　　要：本文将企业管理中的危机管理理念引入到高校管理中去,联系高校的特点,阐述了高校危机和高校危机管理的概念,明确了高校危机管理机制的建立应当遵循的基本原则,论述了如何构建高校的危机管理体系。We apply crisis management used in enterprise management to university administration. On the basis of the features of universities, we explain concepts of university crisis and university crisis management, and put forward basic principles that we should conform to when establishing the mechanism of university crisis management. In the third part of the paper, we discuss how to construct the system of university crisis management.
