摘　　要：高职教育是一种新兴教育类型,有许多问题值得研究。本文根据我院财会专业教学的实践,对高职院校财会专业人才培养的目标定位、教学内容、课程设置、教学模式、师资队伍建设以及学生专业能力考核等问题作一些探讨。The Advanced vocational education is new kind of education, which has lots of problems to be studied. The author discusses some problems, such as the target location, the teaching content, the curriculum, the teaching instruction, the teachers troops and the student＇s skills examination, etc. according to our college＇s teaching practice on Finance and Accountancy.
