摘　　要：对一种新型食品速冻机风道内的流场进行了数值计算和试验研究。分析了不同进口风速下风道出口风速的均匀性。同时通过试验测定了实际系统中出口风速分布,发现模拟结果和试验结果有一定的差距,并对其原因进行了分析,提出了改进方法。The inner channel flow fields in the new-type freezer were calculated by use of the Fluent, The effects of different inlet wind speed on the uniformities of outlet wind speed were analyzed. Experiments are made in this freezer. The results shown some different between experiment and numerical simulation. The reason is discussed in detail in the paper, It expects that the calculated results provide a theoretical basic for the optimal design of the freezer.
