摘 要:运用多元概化理论对两届临床医学硕士研究生内科临床实践能力考核进行评价比较。结果表明,两届研究生内科临床实践能力考核的信度均较高,可靠性指数分别为0.78878、0.67985,考核内容较全面。比较发现,01级学生考核的信度要高于02级,考核专家以3-5位为宜。To accurately assess the clinical skill ability of postgraduated students in seeking medical master degree. We analyzed clinical skill tests of internal medicine in two grades medical postgraduated students by using a new educational measurement theory-multivariate generalizability theory. The results show that the reliability index calculated for these tests from generalizability study were 0. 78878 and 0. 67985, separately. It suggested that the reliability of the clinical skill tests were high. Forthermore, We found that the dependability index in the Grade 2001 was higher than that in the Grade 2002. This kind of clinical skill tests needs 3-5 experts by using D-study of multivariate generalizability theory.
