小麦麸皮中低聚木糖底物——半纤维素提取条件的研究

摘　　要：论述了低聚木糖的生产概况、发展前景和重要作用.测定了麸皮中相关成分的含量.研究了麸皮中碱法提取半纤维素的适宜条件,结果为:温度50℃;固液比1:20;氢氧化钠溶液浓度0.7%;时间1.5h.In the article, we introduce the general of the production, the prospect of development and the important function of the xylooligosaccharides. The content of the correlative components determined in the bran. The hemicelluloses were extracted from bran by using the alkali agents. The results showed the optimum technology formulas as follows： temperature 50 ℃, the ratio of the material and the liquid 1：20, the concentration of the solution of sodium hydroxide 0.7 % and time 1.5 h.
