摘  要:对于一个企业而言,R&D部门与其他部门存在着许多差异,R&D部门员工的绩效评价是相当复杂的。如何对R&D部门员工进行有效的绩效评价对企业的生存和发展有着重要的影响。通过对R&D部门的工作性质及工作规律的分析,提出了一种绩效评价方法,并且在此基础上,对R&D部门员工的激励机制进行了简单的探索。There are many differences between R&D department and other departments of an enterprise and the performance evaluation for personnel in R&D department is very complicated. The ways of evaluating the performance of personnel in R&D department have important effects on the survival and development of an enterprise. This paper, based on the analysis of the nature and rule of the work in &D department, puts forward the ways of evaluating the performance, and probes into the building of incentive mechanism for the personnel in R&D department.
