摘　　要：在农村向现代化迈进的过程中,农村地区需要一大批高素质、懂业务、善经营、会管理的人才,这对农村教育提出了新的挑战。现有的农村教育在教育体制、教育目标、教育结构和教育经费等方面存在诸多问题,无法满足农村现代化的需要。因此必须加快推进农村教育改革,以尽快确立面向农村现代化的教育目标、构建多元化的教育结构和增加农村教育投入,以满足农村现代化的教育需求。During the course of the rural modernization, many persons with high quality, proficiency in operation and good management are required. Consequently it makes rural education face the new challenge, however many problems exist in the present rural educational system, educational goal, educational construction and educational funds which can not satisfy rural modernization. Therefore the present urgent task is to establish new educational goals, to construct multi - educational construction and to add educational funds. Only this can it satisfy the requirement of rural modernization.
