摘　　要：世纪之初,学术界发生了一场围绕文学与启蒙、文学与道德问题的讨论。刚刚落下帷幕的这场讨论对中国人文学术研究的影响是深远而重大的。它引发了人们对于文学的不可或缺的信仰维度的建立,及其对于中国文学决定性的建构作用的思考。The beginning of this century witnessed a heated debate in China＇s academic circles on roles of literature in enlightenment and ethics. The discussion, ended not long ago, exerts profound and far-reaching influences upon the humanities study in the country, as it causes people to think about the construction of an indispensable faith for literature, and about its decisive role in shaping Chinese literature.
