摘　　要：近年来，日本政府通过提高职业教育社会地位、建立公共培训制度，开办国家职业教育研究机构、支持民办学校、建立国家职业资格鉴定制度、完善终身培训制度、建设学习型社会、成立全国专修学校联合会等途径，积极推动职业教育与培训事业发展，不同学校也在发展中形成了各自的特色。In recent years, government of Japan has made great efforts to develop its vocational education and training by enhancing the social status of vocational education, establishing public training systems and national research agencies, providing supports for private schools, setting up national vocational certificating systems and specialized schools associations, perfecting the life-long training system and constructing learning society, etc. Meanwhile, various vocational schools have also formed each features.
