摘  要:国际化的市场竞争和人才竞争对高等工程教育提出了更新的要求,培养具有较强外语应用能力的专业技术人才成为高等工程教育教学的目标之一,因此,双语教学日益受到人们的关注。本文从“电工电子技术”课程的双语教学出发,介绍了“电工电子技术”课程双语教学体系建立的思路和目标,描述了课程教材建设的特色,探索了面向普通学生群体展开“电工电子技术”课程双语教学的方法,并进行了教学实践。结果表明,在教学双方努力的基础上,展开该课程的双语教学是切实可行的,为培养以工程技术专业知识为主体的双语人才打下了良好基础。High engineering education is confronted novel demands in market and talent competitions on the world level, and training technical persons with the strong foreign language ability is becoming an important mission for high engineering universities. Consequently, bilingual teaching attracts more and more attentions in recent years. Focusing on the bilingual teaching of the course "Electrotechnics and Electronics", this paper introduces the contents and objectives of establishing the bilingual teaching system on it; meanwhile, the ideas of compiling and writing the teaching materials are also described here in detail. Bilingual teaching methods for Electrotechnics and Electronics are investigated; and the results of teaching practice show that the bilingual teaching of the course is feasible and it makes the strong foundations for training bilingual persons possessing better technical knowledge.
