摘　　要：本文简介了植物多酚的分布与分类,及其在食品方面的应用包括:食品添加剂、酒类澄清剂,保健食品。由于植物多酚具有防龋、抗衰老、防辐射、抗过敏等多种生理活性,使得其在保健糖果、饮料等方面有着广阔的开发前景。The plant distribution and rypies of polyphenols are introduced in this article. It is introduced that the application of plant polyphenol in food industry includes food additives, clarification, healthfood, There will be great developmerit of plant polyphenol in candy and drink for its various physiological activity in caries prevention, antisenility, antiradiation, antiallergy and so on.
