摘 要:目的比较高强度聚焦超声立体定向治疗并联机器人在相同参数下定位辐照活体不同组织所产生损伤效应。方法采用自主研制的高强度聚焦超声立体定向治疗并联机器人,对活体犬肝脏、肾脏和肌肉组织在辐照声强为2 000 W/cm2、辐照时间为6 m in和辐照深度为皮下3 cm时分别进行H IFU定点脉冲辐照,测量和比较辐照后3种组织超声声像图中强回声区面积及生物学焦域体积的大小。结果在辐照声强为2 000 W/cm2、辐照时间为6 min和辐照深度为皮下3 cm时,活体犬肝脏,肾脏以及肌肉组织超声声像图中强回声区面积分别为(471.40±56.20)cm2、(117.16±16.89)cm2、(881.82±32.54)cm2,生物学焦域体积分别为(3 243.49±243.79)cm3、(608.28±73.55)cm3、(7 886.82±165.64)cm3;3种组织间强回声面积及生物学焦域大小的差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05),由大到小依次为肌肉、肝脏和肾脏。结论相同的辐照参数下,高强度聚焦超声立体定向治疗并联机器人辐照活体不同组织所形成的损伤效应不同。Objective To compare damage effects of different tissues in vivo experimental animals by 3D- guided high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) treatment parallel connection to robot. Methods Dog's hepatic tissue, nephrotic tissue and muscle tissue in vivo were irradiated with the same amount of acoustic intensity (2 000 W/cm^2, radiating time (6 minutes) and irradiating depth (3 cm under skin) by 3D-guided HIFU treatment parallel connection to robot. The area of hyperechoic regions on ultrasonogram and the volumes of biological focal regions on autopsy of the three tissues were measured and compared after radiation respectively. Results With the same radiating parameter, the area of hyperechoic regions on ultrasonogram were 471.40± 56.20 cm^2, 117.16±16.89 cm^2, 881.82± 32. 54 cm^2 in turn. The volumes of biological focal regions on autopsy were 3 243. 49± 243.79 cm^3, 608. 28 ± 73. 55 cm^3, 7 886.82± 165.64 cm^3 in turn. There was significant difference among area's of the three tissues and volumes of the three tissues (P〈0. 05) . They were muscle tissue, hepatic tissue and nephrotic tissue from large to small. Conclusions There were different damage effects of different tissues with the same radiating parameter by 3D-guided HIFU Treatment Parallel connection to Robot.
