摘　　要：本文真实地记录了作者访日期的见闻和感受，对日本基础教育的目标定位和资源利用，操作方法和手段，教育的成效和不足都作了实事求是的分析，同时与中国的基础教育作了比较，提出了一些独到的看法，有助于我们准确认识中外教育的优劣。The author recalls what she has seen and heard in Japan and her true feeling about Japanese basic education. She has given her analyses regarding Japanese education's target,its positioning,resource and operation,its strength and weakness. At the same time,she has comparied that with Chinese basic education. Her unique opinion helps us to precisely recognize both Chinese and foreign education.
