摘　　要：本文在回顾历史与自身办学实践的基础上,提出了大系统教育的办学观,并结合我院的办学经验对其显著特征进行了浅显的论述,希望能对我们的办学有所启发与借鉴,不足之处,还望各位专家不吝赐教。This thesis puts forward a concept of general systematic education through reviewing managing and teaching practices of our college and gives a primary statement on the outstanding characteristics therein. We hope it can give some inspiration and the flaws can be pointed out.
