摘  要:目的:建立饮料中牛磺酸的高效液相色谱测定方法.方法:以9-氯甲酸芴甲酯(FMOC)为柱前衍生剂,与饮料中的牛磺酸发生衍生化反应后,反相高效液相色谱法测定.以甲醇-0.025 mol/L磷酸盐缓冲溶液为流劝相(pH=8.0),C18柱为分离柱,二极管阵列检测器(265 nm)检测.结果:本法相对标准偏差为3.38%,加标回收率范围为95.64%~108.3%,检出限为46ng.结论:本方法快速、简单、准确度高,适合于保健食品类饮料中牛磺酸的测定.Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) method for the determination of taurine in beverages. Methods: After derivatization with FMOC, tarine in beverages was separated and quantitied by HPL,C. A mobile phase of methanol - 0.025 mol/L phosphate buffer (pH= 8.0), an analytical column of C48 and UV detection wavelength of 265 nm were used in the study. Results: The recoveries ranged from 95.64%--108.3%, RSD was 3.38% and detection limit was 46 ng for this method. Conclusion: The method is reliable, accurate and suitable to the determination of taurine in beverages.
