摘　　要：高职学生的思想政治教育不同于普通本科大学生,它在教育者、教育对象、任务、目标及工作环境有其自身的特点。本文根据高职教育的特点,阐述了高职学生思想道德教育的特殊性和复杂性,探索了高职学生思想政治教育的对策和思考。The ideological and political education of vocational students is different from that of ordinary undergraduate, it has its special feature in leader, object, task, goal, and work environment. According to the characteristic of vocational education, this paper explains the particularity and complexity of moral education of vocational students. It also discusses the countermeasures and considerations of ideological and political education of vocational students.
