摘  要:建立一支高素质的师资队伍是中等职业教育生存与发展的关键因素,也是学校运作永恒的主题。我国中等职业教育师资队伍存在着学历合格率低;文化课、专业课教师比例不当;教师实践能力不强;“双师型”教师比例偏低等问题。应采取有力措施,从构建“双师型”教师队伍;健全教师定期培训制度和教师准入制度;创建教师队伍建设新机制;建立专、兼职的教师队伍等方面来加强中等职教师资队伍建设。Establishing a high quality teachers' rank is a key factor in the existence and development of secondary vocational education, and is the theme of running a school eternally. The problems such as low rate of qualified record of formal schooling, unsuitable proportion of teachers who teach general knowledge courses and teachers who teach specialized courses, teachers' practical ability" not being high, and the low proportion of "dual-qualification" teachers are existing in the teachers' rank. Powerful measures should be taken to strengthen the construction of teachers" rank of secondary vocational education from the aspects of constructing "dualqualification" teachers rank, perfecting regular teachers training system and teachers introducing system, and establishing full-time and part-time teachers' rank.
