摘　　要：文章提出了在化学教师继续教育中的柔性模式的含义,并介绍了采用这一模式的几点尝试:柔性的管理模式,选择性的课程设置方案,多样性的教学策略和学员在学习中的主动参与。This article gives a definition to the flexible teaching model in the continuing education of chemistry teachers and it introduces some attempts of adopting this model： flexible managing model, selective plans of course design, various teaching strategies and trainees＇ active participation in the learning.
