摘　　要：探讨导师制在医药院校学分制管理中的意义,导师的科学遴选、管理、职责和方向使导师制尽快走向科学正确的轨道,不断的造就创新型医学人才。The article explores the significant role supervisor system plays in the credit system in medical college, the scientific selection of supervisors, their management, duty and directions in order to guide the supervisor system in correct and scientific orbit so as to train constantly new type of medical talents.
