摘　　要：高师体育应与高师学校所担负的为科教兴国战略培养全面发展的高科技人才的历史使命相适应。高师体育应该跟上智育、德育的发展步伐,使学生的德智体协调发展,并为全民健身计划的实施培养倡导者、组织者和领导者。The PE of the higher teacher＇s colleges should accord with their historical tasks that they should cultivate all-round high tech talents for the national strategies which strengthened our nation by technology. The PE of the higher teacher＇s colleges should keep up with the development of intellectual education and moral education to make the students develop in not only in physical education hut also in intellectual education and moral education. Also it should cultivate the urger, organizer and leader.
