摘　　要：财会是历史悠久的传统专业,高职院校财会专业的生存与发展,不仅取决于财会专业的教学质量,也取决于毕业生的就业状况,有关部门以就业率考核学校,学校以就业率决定专业的开设与否,在此拟从就业的角度谈谈高职院校财会专业人才培养模式的建立。The finance accounting is a traditional specialty. In recent years, it has some difficulty to take up an occupation and the reason is various. So how to bring up complex and practical students is the important problem to resolve in every professional college. Not only the teaching quality but also the situation of employment determines the existence and development of this specialty. The author discussed how to establish the mode of finance accounting specialty in view of taking up an occupation.
