澳大利亚TAFE制度对我国高等职业技术教育的启示

摘　　要：分析了澳大利亚职业技术教育所蕴涵的特点,指出澳大利亚职业技术教育体系的终身教育理念,标准规范的国家资格框架、政府的大力支持、行业主导的办学机制、能力本位的课程体系等特点为我国高等职业技术教育的发展提供了有益经验。This article gives an analysis of characteristics of Australian vocational education, which is based on the theories of life-long education, a standard national qualification framework, vigorous support given by the government, a trade-dominated school-running mechanism and abilitybased system, indicating that they provide good experience for the development of China＇s higher vocational education.
