摘  要:“校本”的推广加速了中国基础教育发展的步伐,但随着改革的深化,其中的问题逐渐显露,不可小觑。其主要问题是颠倒了“国本”与“校本”的关系,片面夸大“校本”在基础教育改革中的作用。如果任其泛滥,将会导致基础教育的秩序混乱。深入探讨和正确认识“国本”与“校本”的主辅关系,对于澄清广大教育工作者的思想观念,保证我国学校教育改革在正确轨道上健康发展具有重要意义。The popularization of "School-base" accelerates the development of China's basic education. However, with the deepening of reform, some problems gradually turn out and should not be neglected. The main problems are the reversion of the relationship between "school-base" and "nation-base" and the partial exaggeration of the function of "school-base" in basic educational reform. If we let it spread unchecked, it will result in the disorder of basic education. Making thorough exploration and achieving proper understanding of dialectic relationship between priority of "nation-base" and supplementation of "school-base" is of great importance to clarify the ideas of average educators and guarantee the healthy development of our school educational reform on the right track.
