摘　　要：医疗健康福利是高校薪酬管理的重要一环,也是高校人力资源管理工作的内容之一。文章论述了高校医疗健康福利的意义和作用,分析了高校医疗健康福利的结构体系,提出了实施有效的高校医疗健康福利管理的对策建议。Medical＆ healthy welfare is an important part of salary and monetary management in university, and part of the human resources management work as well. The article elaborates the significance and function of the medical ＆ healthy welfare system, analyzes its framework, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of supplementing the efficient welfare management.
