摘　　要：心理契约在学校管理中的出现和存在是必然的。学校是一种非营利性组织,对教师采用思想、精神领域的心理契约管理往往比制度管理的效果更加明显,更符合教育的宗旨,更能体现以人为本的管理理念,更能激发教师无尽的潜能与创造力。The appearance and the existence of psychological contract in school administration are inevitable. The school is one kind of non- earning capacity organization, using the thought, the effect of energetic domain psychological contract management to the teacher is often more obvious than the system management, it conforms to the education objective, manifests the humanist management idea, stimulates the teacher inexhaustible on potential and the creativity also.
