摘  要:教师自主研究是以校本研究为依托,以教师为主体,以促进教师专业成长为目的的研究方式。教师自主研究的有效开展不仅需要教师在研究过程中运用科学的策略,也需要坚实的制度保障,学校管理者和专业研究人员的支持和指导。有效开展教师自主研究对校本研究的顺利进行和教师的专业成长有着极大的推动作用。With the purpose of promoting the professional development of teachers', active & autonomic research is a kind of research that emphasizes the sovereignty and initiative of teachers" with the support of school-based research. To carry out A&A research effectively and efficiently, teachers should use scientific strategies in the course of research and need the systematic guarantee of educational administration department as well as the support of school managers and experts in education. And the effectiveness of A&A research will make great contribution to the smooth carryout of school -based research and the professional development of teachers'.
