摘  要:采用自行设计的进气温度控制系统,在一台由CA6110柴油机改造而成的均质压燃(HCCI)单缸机上进行了进气温度对乙醇HCCI燃烧影响的试验研究。研究发现,在每个工况下都存在一个对应于最大热效率的进气温度,称之为最佳进气温度(PIT),得到了发动机转速、过量空气系数和最佳进气温度间的MAP图。当实际进气温度低于最佳进气温度时,混合气燃烧不及时,指示效率下降;实际进气温度高于最佳进气温度时,混合气燃烧提前,压缩负功增大,指示效率下降;只有当进气温度处在最佳进气温度时,才有最大的指示效率。The experiments of the intake temperature's effects on the ethanol homogeneous charge compression ignition have been carried out on a single-cylinder engine modified CA6110 diesel engine with a self-designed intake temperature control system. Results show that there is an intake temperature value where the indicated efficiency is up to maximum in each operation conditions; and this temperature is defined as Prime Intake Temperature (PIT). The MAP of the engine speed, air/fuel equivalence ratio and PIT had been obtained. When the actual intake temperature is less than PIT, mixture's combustion is out of time, indicated efficiency drops; when the actual intake temperature is higher than the PIT, mixture's ignition timing advances, compressed negative work increases, indicated efficiency drops. Only when the intake temperature is equal to PIT, the indicated efficiency value is the maximum.
