摘　　要：护生的临床工作能力直接影响护生的就业率。我院将目标管理融入临床教学管理中，建立了三级护理教学管理组织，加强带教管理。注重培养护生的实际操作能力．提高与病人及家属的交流技巧，尽快适应临床护理工作．较大的提高了学生的工作能力，提高了教学质量，为护生走向社会奠定了坚实的基础。The clinical nursing abilities have great influence on student nurses＂ employment rate directly. In our hospital, clinical nursing teaching has been strengthened by establishing threegrade organization of nursing teaching. According to raising clinical caring ability, irnproving communication skills with patients, adapting themselves to the clinical care job, student nurses＇ clinical abilities have been improved obviously.
