摘　　要：测试翻译能力的关键,是要把“翻译能力”分解成可以评估的因素,或在命题时设法使翻译能力通过翻译实际操作体现出来。要做到这一点,首先要对翻译能力这一概念有所认识。本文主要分析目前国际国内对翻译能力的有关讨论,从中找出翻译测试的评分依据。Translation competence is the key to translation teaching and translation testing. Analyzing translation competence can help to design effective testing and to improve translation teaching. This article aims at analyzing those discussions about translation competence and translator competence both at home and abroad in order to find something useful to translation testing.
