摘　　要：为了开发利用黄连花薹这一食品新资源,研究了用黄连花薹、甜茶和杭白菊制作具有保健功能袋泡茶的方法,并通过正交试验确定了黄连花薹、甜茶和杭白菊的最佳配比为90∶2∶20。In order to utilize and develop a new food resource-coptis flower, the coptis flower, sweet tea and dendranthema morifolium were researched to produce functional bag-soak-tea, the best ratio （90：2：20） of the three materials was confirmed by orthogonal experiment.
