高职大学生的社会支持与心理健康的关系

摘　　要：目的了解高职学生的社会支持与心理健康的关系。方法采用领悟社会支持量表和大学生心理健康量表对某高职院校663名大学生进行调查。结果高职大学生感悟支持水平在性别、成长地之间差异达到统计学显著水平(P<0.05),女生感受到的社会支持总程度和家庭支持的程度高于男生,城市学生感受到的社会支持总程度和朋友支持的程度要高于农村学生。领悟社会支持各因子与心理健康量表各因子呈显著负相关(P<0.01)。结论高职大学生的社会支持与其心理健康水平有显著的相关关系。Objective To investigate the relationship between social support and mental health of vocational college student. Methods 663 vocational college students in Shijiazhuang were tested by social support scale and a special questionnaire about, the college student＇s mental heath. Results There were significant differences in social support between male and female, urban and rural students （P〈0.05）. In social support and in factor of family support, the female students had much higher score than the male, in the social support and friends support, the urban students had much higher score than the rural. Each score of social support negatively correlated with all the factors scores in college mental heath scale （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Social support is related to themental heath of vocational college students.
