摘　　要：医学教育改革的主要目的之一是为了更好适应社会的发展需求,培养社会需要的合格医师,由此而引发的多种改革措施纷纷出台。其中PBL教育的尝试所取得的成果令人瞩目。本文就日本医学院校PBL教育实施的背景、现状、特点以及存在问题进行阐述、分析,探讨了PBL教育在当前医学教育改革中的地位与作用。Medical education reform is one of the key aims to meet the demand of social development. In order to foster qualified medical practitioners the innovation of teaching method is imperative. PBL model has shown its great foresight. This paper describes and analyzes the PBL model of Japan medical education referring to the background, the present state, the characteristics and problems, and also probes into the status and role of PBL in the present reform and development of higher medical education.
