摘　　要：目的:探讨如何提高外聘护士带教能力,营造和谐团队精神的有效措施。方法:从加强素质修养、能力培养和对外聘护士的考评三方面着手,创造学习氛围和空间。结果:我科外聘护士带教能力大大提高,培养了较为合格的带教队伍。结论:加强继续教育和素质教育是提高外聘护士带教能力的重要方法。Objective：To study how to improve the teaching ability of temporary nurses,so as to make effective measures of harmonious team spirit.Methods：The three methods for improving teaching ability of temporary nurses were emphasized by this article.strengthening the quality self-cultivation first,followed by organizing the teaching lessons for them and assessing their study effect and general ability.It was necessary to offer the best study atmosphere to the temporary nurses.Results：The teaching ability of temporary nursing was greatly improved in our department,and a better teaching team was also trained through these methods.Conclusion：It is very important to strengthen the continuous education and quality education for improving the teaching ability of temporary nurses.
