摘  要:目的采用液相色谱法测定饮料中的乙酰磺胺酸钾。方法以μBondapak C18(3.9×300 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,以0.02 mol/L乙酸铵+甲醇(95+5)为流动相,进行高效液相色谱分析。结果通过多份样品采用本方法测定,其结果与国标方法测定的结果一致。结论该方法操作简单、方便、令人满意。Objective To establish a HPLC method for determination of Acesulfame-K in beverages. Method Acesulfame - K was separated on μBondapak C18 (3.9300mm, 5μm), 0.02mol/L ammonium acetate and methyl alcohol (95 + 5) served as mobile phases to perform HPLC analysis. Results Acesulfame - K in samples was determined by this method and the national standard method and than compared. We found that the results were consistent in both methods. Conclusion The HPLC method is easy and simple, and the results are satisfactory.
