摘　　要：新时期电大继续教育在观念、制度、技术、理论与现实等层面上面临新的发展机遇,要抓住机遇,统一思想,加强项目开发,拓展服务领域,推进制度创新,完善管理体制,提高教育培训质量。In the new era, the RTVU is confronted with new developing opportunity in terms of ideas, systems, technologies, theories and practice. We must catch the opportunity, unify ideas, enhance program developing, expand servicing domain, promote system renovation, perfect management, improve education quality, and open a new complexion for our sustainable developing.
